Objective
- The Major objective of this scheme is to recognize and give a platform for the sustainment of the research career of INSPIRE Faculty. As well as in the Ramanujan Fellows for an extra duration of a minimum of 2 years.

Eligibility Criteria for SERB Research Scientists Scheme
- The Research Scientists Scheme fis just for the INSPIRE Faculty and Ramanujan individuals
- The upper age limit for the Ramanujan/ INSPIRE Faculty must be 40 years. And at the time of submission, the applications the age should be 40 years

- The officials didn’t allow the people to work at the same institution/ Department. And simply where the students have taken their Ph.D./ M.S/ M.D degree
- It is a temporary contractual assignment
