- Qualification
- Executive Director: MBA (Finance/ HRD) with at least 10 years of experience Serving (on deputation) or Retired officer from State Govt/ Central Govt/ Public Undertaking.
- Chief Administrative Officer: B.Tech/ B.E (civil) from a recognized institution (with at least 60% marks), if any postgraduate degree preference shall be given. Experience of at least 15 years preferably in a construction company/ Corporation or Govt. Retired Superintending Engineer, Govt. of Bihar.
- Consultant Technical: Consultant Technical B.Tech/ B.E (civil) from a recognized institution (with at least 60% marks), if any postgraduate degree preference shall be given. Experience of at least 15 years preferably in a construction company/ Corporation or Govt. Or Retired Superintending Engineer, Govt. of Bihar.
- Executive Engineer: B.Tech/ B.E (civil) with 10 years of experience in the infrastructure sector. Candidates having an additional qualification like a diploma in construction management/ project management will be preferred. Serving (on deputation)/ Retired ex-engineer of govt. of Bihar with the above qualification.
- Executive: Graduate in any discipline/ Diploma in Engineering in any field with essential knowledge of computers.
Salary Details
- Executive Director: Rs. 100000/- per month
- Chief Administrative Officer: Rs. 75000/- per month
- Consultant Technical: Rs. 100000/- per month
- Executive Engineer: Rs. 75000/- per month
- Executive: Rs. 26000/- per month
