Junior Research Fellow: 1 Post

  • Qualification: First class Master’s Degree in Microelectronics, Nanotechnology, Electronic Devices, VLSI from a recognized University or equivalent + GATE/NET qualified. (Those who are not GATE/NET qualified shall be considered for the post lower than JRF as per DST norms).
  • Salary Details: Rs. 25000 – 31000/- per month
