- Constable (Crew): Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent
- HC (Master): Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent
- HC (Engine Driver): Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent. Possessing 2nd class Engine Driver Certificate.
