Qualification
- Senior Draughtsman – Structural: Diploma in Civil Engineering with Minimum 10 years experience in structural drafting and detailing preferably in Govt./KIIFB accredited Consultancy firm /PMC/SPV qualified as implementing agency for Govt. or in reputed Structural design firms in India Familiarity with 3D modelling of structural framing arrangement is desirable.
- Site Engineer – Electrical: B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with Minimum 4 years experience as MEP engineer preferably with experience in site supervision, MEP Co-ordination, installation of Transformers, DG sets etc. Those having experience in Govt./KIIFB accredited Consultancy firms /PMC/SPV qualified as implementing agency for Govt. Those having experience in Kerala Govt. projects, CPWD Projects etc. will be preferred. Engineers holding license issued by Electrical Inspectorate will also be preferred for shortlisting.
- Site Engineer – Mechanical: B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with Minimum 4 years experience as MEP engineer preferably with experience in site supervision, MEP co-ordination, installation of HVAC units, Lifts, Fire Systems etc., preferably in Govt./KIIFB accredited Consultancy firms /PMC/SPV qualified as implementing agency for Govt. Those having experience in Kerala Govt. projects, CPWD Projects etc. will also be preferred for shortlisting.
Salary Details
- Senior Draughtsman – Structural: Rs. 35000/- Per Month
- Site Engineer – Electrical: Rs. 45000/- Per Month
- Site Engineer – Mechanical: Rs. 45000/- Per Month
Age Limit
- Senior Draughtsman – Structural: 40 years
- Site Engineer – Electrical: 35 years
- Site Engineer – Mechanical: 35 years
Selection Process: Selection will be based on the Interview, Written test
