Qualification
- Project JRF: B.E./ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech in Mechanical/ Civil/ Aerospace/ Aeronautical Engineering selected through a process described through any one of the following National Eligibility Test – CSIR–NET, UGC-NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE. The Selection process is through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc.
- Project Associate-II: BE/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent with two years of experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology organizations and Scientific activities and services.
- Project JRF: B.E./ B.Tech/ M.E./ M.Tech in Mechanical/ Agricultural Engg./ Farm Machinery and Power Engineering selected through a process described through any one of the following National Eligibility Test – CSIR – NET, UGC-NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship), and GATE. The Selection process is through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc.
- Senior Project Associate: BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ Aerospace Engg. from a recognized university or equivalent and 04 (four) years experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology organizations and Scientific activities and services. Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engg./ Aerospace Engg./ Applied Mechanics Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Project Associate-I: B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Aerospace Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent. M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from a recognized University or equivalent.
Salary Details
- Project JRF: Rs. 31000/- per month
- Project Associate-II: Rs. 28000 – 35000/- per month
- Project JRF: Rs. 31000/- per month
- Senior Project Associate: Rs. 42000/- per month
- Project Associate-I: Rs. 25000 – 31000/- per month
Age Limit
- Project JRF: 28 years
- Project Associate-II: 35 years
- Project JRF: 28 years
- Senior Project Associate: 40 years
- Project Associate-I: 35 years
Selection Process: Walk-In-Interview.
How to Apply: Interested candidates may appear before the Selection Committee with all their original certificates, mark sheets with a self-attested photocopy of each, and a recent passport-size photograph along with the filled-in Application Form available on the Institute website, as per the date and time given below. No TA/ DA will be paid for attending the Walk-In-Interview. Hindi/English Language can opt as a medium of communication during Walk-In-Interview.
