- Qualification: Ph.D. in Physics/ Chemistry/ Material Sciences/ Nano Science/ Nano materials/ Material Sciences Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Metallurgy from a recognized University/ Research Institution.
- Salary Details: Rs. 90,000/- Per Month
- Age Limit: 35 years
Age Relaxation: 5 years by Competent Authority for exceptional candidates
