Qualification
- PGT: Master’s degree with at least 50 percent marks in the relevant subject in which the selection is to be made from an institution recognized by the State Government or the Central Government or the University Grants Commission. Provided that for the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, a postgraduate degree with minimum 45 percent marks. Also, B.Ed from a recognized training institute or a degree declared equivalent to B.Ed by the National Council for Teacher Education. (The educational qualification prescribed for the selection will be as per notification number 2425 dated 04.09.2012 and notification number 935 dated 06.04.2022 of Thuli Education and Literacy Department as amended) Annexure- A & A1.
- TGT: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks in the relevant subject in which the selection is to be made (studied in all three years) from an institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government or University Grant. But for the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, a bachelor’s degree with at least 45 percent marks. Also passed B.Ed from a recognized training institute or a degree declared equivalent to B.Ed by the National Council for Teacher Education. (The prescribed qualification for selection will be according to the notification number 434 dated 01.03.2016 and notification number 355 dated 22.02.2022 of the School Education and Literacy Department, as amended. Annexure- B & B1.
