Qualification
- Trained Graduate Teacher (Hindi): B.A. (Honours) in one of the Modern Indian Language (MIL) concerned or B.A. with MIL concerned as one of the elective subjects from a recognized university having 45% marks in aggregate with one additional language or one school subject* at degree level. OR Equivalent oriental degree in MIL concerned from a recognized university having 45% marks in aggregate. OR (For appointment as Hindi Teachers only) Sahitya Rattan of Hindi Sahitya Sammelan Prayag having secure at least 45% marks in aggregate with English in Matriculation. Provided further that the requirement as to the minimum of 45% marks in the aggregate shall be Relaxable in the case of (a) candidates who possess a post Graduate Qualification in MIL concerned from a recognized university (b) candidates belonging to SC/ST (c) Physically handicapped candidates. Degree / Diploma in teaching. Knowledge of Hindi is essential.** Should have qualified CTET from CBSE. N.B. “The candidate should have studied the subject concerned as mentioned in the RR’s for at least 02 years during the Graduation course. The elective word may also include main subject as practiced in different Universities”.
- Trained Graduate Teacher (Natural Sc., Maths, Social Sc.): A Bachelor’s Degree (Honours/Pass) or equivalent from a recognized University having secured 45% marks in aggregate, in two school subjects of which at least one out of the following should have been at the elective level:- English, Mathematics, Natural / Physical Science, Social Science.

- Assistant Teacher (Primary): Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with atleast 50% marks and 2-years Diploma in elementary education (by whatever name known) from a recognized Board OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with atleast 45% marks and 2-years Diploma in elementary education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) regulations-2002 OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with atleast 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor of elementary education (B.El.Ed). OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with atleast 50% marks and 2-years Diploma in Education (special education) from a recognized Board OR Graduation and 2-years Diploma in elementary education (by whatever name known) from a recognized Board. Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Must have passed Hindi or Urdu or Punjabi or English as a subject at Secondary Level.
- Assistant Teacher (Nursery): Senior Secondary School (Class Twelve) certificate or Intermediate or its equivalent with atleast 45% marks from a recognized Board/university. Diploma/Certificate in Nursery Teacher Education programme of a duration of not less than two years or B.Ed. (Nursery) from a recognized institute. Must have passed Hindi at Secondary Level.
- Jr. Secretariat Assistant (LDC): Matriculation /Secondary School Exam from a recognized University / Board or equivalent; and Ability to type at a speed of not less than 35 words per minute in English or 30 Words per minute in Hindi on Computer.
- Counselor: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Applied Psychology. Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling Psychology, and One year experience of working with clinical psychologist / organization working in the field of Mental Health / Drug De-addiction Centre / Psychiatric ward in any Hospital / Clinic’ OR Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counseling Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Applied Psychology from a recognized University / Institute. Studied Hindi as a Subject at any level from Secondary onward.
- Head Clerk: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from any recognized university. Computer proficiency.
- Assistant Teacher (Primary): 12th Pass with 50% Marks (5% relaxation in case of SC/ST) from a recognized Board. 2 years Diploma in primary education/certificate course in ETE/JBT/DIET/B.El.Ed. from a recognized institution. Must have passed Hindi as a subject in 10th class. The candidate should have passed in Central Teacher Eligibility Test, to be conducted by the appropriate Govt. in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
- Patwari: Graduate from any recognized university or equivalent thereof.

- Trained Graduate Teacher, Head Clerk: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay 4600/-
- Assistant Teacher, Counselor: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay 4200/-
- Jr. Secretariat Assistant (LDC): Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay 1900/-
- Patwari: Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay 2000/-
Age Limit
- Trained Graduate Teacher: 32 years
- Assistant Teacher, Counselor, Head Clerk: 30 years
