Qualification
- Super Specialist: A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part-II of the third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956). MCh/DM/ DNB or equivalent in the concerned Super specialty mentioned in Annexure-I or equivalent. Candidates with at least five years post super specialty qualification experience will be considered for engagement as Consultant (Senior Level).
- Specialist: Post Graduate degree, DNB, or equivalent after MBBS
- Senior Residents: PG degree/diploma, in concerned specialty from recognized University and registered with TCMC.
- Medical Officer Homoeo: BHMS from a recognized university. Experience certificate if any, should be from any Government/reputed private institution. Preference should be given to those who possess Post-graduation and experience
Salary Details
- Super Specialist: Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,40,000/- Per month
- Specialist: Rs. 60,000 – 1,43,731/- Per month
- Senior Residents: Rs. 1,10,000/- Per month
- Medical Officer Homoeo: Rs.50,000/- Par Month

- Specialist: 69 years
- Senior Residents: 45 years
- Medical Officer Homoeo: 35 years
