Qualification/ Experience
Assistant Professor in Plastic Surgery:- A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act,1956(Act no. 102 of 1956) Holders of Qualifications included in part II of Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3)of section 13 of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act no. 102 of 1956). Postgraduate degree or equivalent in the concerned super-specialty or equivalent. At least on years teaching and/ or research experience in a recognized Medical College/ Teaching Institution in the Subject of super-specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of Doctorate of Medicine / Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch).
Junior Consultants:- A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act,1956(Act no. 102 of 1956) Holders of Qualifications included in part II of Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3)of section 13 of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act no. 102 of 1956). Postgraduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in the specialty concerned. N case of Diploma holders, Work in responsible position connected with the specialty concerned for 2 years after post-graduation Diploma.
Agriculture Officer:- Master’s Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture from an Agricultural University recognized by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. Two years’ experience in Agricultural Research/ Extension/ Development Work.
Assistant Agricultural Officer:- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture from an Agricultural University recognized by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research.
Dy. Town Planner:- Degree in Regional/ Town Planning from a recognized University/ Institution or equivalent. 2 years’ experience in a Planning or architectural office.
Drugs Inspector:- Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences or Medicines with a specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology from a University established in India by Law. Not less than 18 months experience in the manufacture of at least one of the substances specified in schedule C and/ or schedule C1 to the Drugs and Cosmetics Rule, 1945 OR No less than 18 months expA recognized Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act,1956(Act no. 102 of 1956) Holders of Qualifications included in part II of Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3)of section 13 of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act no. 102 of 1956). Ph.D or equivalent in appropriate discipline. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Teaching/ Industry/ Research, out of which, 3 years shall be at the level of Professor OR Minimum of 13 years’ experience in Teaching and/ or Research and/ Or Industry. Knowledge of Konkani, Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in appropriate branch of Fine Art (Applied Art) or equivalent with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree. Knowledge of Konkanierience in and testing at least one of the substances specified in schedule C and/or C1 to the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945 OR No less than three years experience in the inspection of firms manufacturing any of the substances in schedule C and/or C1 to the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, during the tenure of his service as a Drugs Inspector.
