Qualification/ Experience
Director:– Possess a bachelor’s degree obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; and completed the Divisional Officer’s course or the Fire Prevention Course at the National Fire Service college Nagpur; or a Degree of Bachelor of Engineering (Fire)/Bachelor of Technology (Fire)/ Bachelor of Engineering (Fire and Safety)/ Bachelor of Technology (Fire/Safety) Bachelor of Science (Fire) obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 and Have about ten years working experience in a whole time in the field of Fire Brigade out of which three years experience on the post which canbe considered equivalent to the post not below the rank of Chief Fire Officer in the Government/Local bodies/Government Undertaking Board/Corporation/ Limited Company established under the companies act 2013. Possess the basic knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967. Possess physical and medical standardsc as mentioned in the Appendix A and Possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Possess the basic knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967. Possess physical and medical standards as mentioned in the Appendix A and Possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
General Manager:– B.E./B.Tech Degree in Mining Engineering from any of the universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India or any other educational Institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed university under section 3 of the university Grants Commission Act, 1956 and additional Qualification of MBA in Marketing from any recognized University or Institution on the date of application. Candidate should have 15 years experience in the relevant field with successful track record in respect of function related to Project Planning/Technical Service/Business Development in respect of Mines/ Power Utility in the Government/Local Bodies/Government Undertaking Board/Corporation/ Limited Companies established under the Companies Act.
Deputy General Manager (Mines) (1st Class Metal):– B.E. (Mining) from any of the universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in Indian or any other educational Institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed university under section 3 of the university Grants Commission Act, 1956 with First Class Mines Manager’s Certificate of Competency [under the Metallferous Mines Regulations, 1961 and subsequent amendment thereto] issued by Director General of Mines Safety (DGMS), Dhanbad. Candidate should have 10 years post qualification experience in relevant department with proper position with successful track record in respect of function related to working in Mechanized/Semi-Mechanized Open Cast Coal/Metal/other mines in the Government/Local Bodies/Government Undertaking Board/Corporation/Limited Companies established under the Companies Act.
Deputy General Manager (Mines) (1st Class Coal):– B.E. Deputy General Manager (Legal):– 3 years Degree in Law from any of the universities or 5 years integrated Law degree from the universities providing five years integrated course in law from any of the universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in Indian or any other educational Institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed university under section 3 of the university Grants Commission Act, 1956. Candidate should have at least 10 years post qualification experience in respect matters relating to Labour & Service, Commercial Contracts, Revenue matters, Land Acquisition, Arbitration and other civil laws. Adequate experience in drafting of Deeds, Conveyance pleadings, Legal scrutiny of title deeds and other security documents in the Government/Local Bodies/ Government Undertaking Board/Corporation/Limited Companies established under the Companies Act.
Assistant Manager (Human Resource)/Labour Welfare Officer:– A degree in MLW/MSW/MBA[HR] from any of universities established or any post-graduation degree qualifications approved under the Factories /Mines Act, incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in Indian or any other educational Institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed university under section 3 of the university Grants Commission Act, 1956. Candidate should have 3 years post qualification experience in relevant department with proper position with successful track record in respect of function related to Human Resources/Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare in the Government/Local Bodies/ Government Undertaking Board/Corporation/Limited Companies established under the Companies Act.
Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts):– Degree in ICWA from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India or C.A. from The Institute of Chartered Accounts of India or Degree in MBA (Finance), from any of universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India or any other educational Institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed university under section 3 of the university Grants Commission Act, 1956. Candidate should have 3 years post qualification experience in relevant department with proper position with successful track record in respect of function related to accounting/finalization of accounts/audit/taxation/fund management/costing & budgeting etc. in the Government/Local Bodies/Government Undertaking Board/Corporation/Limited Companies established under the Companies Act.
Assistant Manager (Environment):– B.E. / B.Tech (Environment) or M.Sc. (Environment) from any of the universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India or any other educational Institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed university under section 3 of the university Grants Commission Act, 1956. Candidate should have 3 years post qualification experience in relevant department with proper position with successful track record in respect of function related to Environmental compliance in the Government/Local Bodies/Government Undertaking Board/Corporation/Limited Companies established under the companies Act.
Assistant Manager (Civil):– B.E. (Civil) / B.Tech. (Civil) from any of the universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India or any other educational Institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed university under section 3 of the university Grants Commission Act, 1956. Candidate should have 3 years post qualification experience in relevant department with proper position with successful track record in respect of function related to Civil Engineering in the Government/Local Bodies/Government Undertaking Board/Corporation/Limited Companies established under the Companies Act.
Assistant Manager (Fire & Safety):– B.E./B. Tech (Fire & Safety) from recognized Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India or any other educational Institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed university under section 3 of the university Grants Commission Act,1956. Candidate should have 3 years post qualification experience in relevant department with proper position with successful track record in respect of function related to Fire & Safety Engineering in the Government/Local Bodies/Government Undertaking Board/Corporation/Limited Companies established under the Companies Act.
Assistant Manager (Information Technology):– Degree in MCA or B.E. (Computer / IT) from any of universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India or any other educational Institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed university under section 3 of the university Grants Commission Act, 1956. Candidate should have 3 years post qualification experience in relevant department with proper position with successful track record in respect of function related to Oracle EBS ERP/System Administration and Networking in the Government/Local Bodies/Government Undertaking Board/Corporation/Limited Companies established under the Companies Act.
Assistant Manager (Survey):– B.E/B.TECH. Degree in (Mining) from any of the universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in Indian or any other educational Institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed university under section 3 of the university Grants Commission Act, 1956 and Mines Surveyors’ Certificate under the Coal Mines Regulations, 1957 and subsequent amendment thereto from DGMS. Candidate should have 3 years post qualification experience in relevant department with proper position with successful track record in respect of function related to Surveyor in the relevant field of Mechanized/Semi-Mechanized Open Cast Coal/Lignite/Metal/other mines in the Government/Local Bodies/Government undertaking Board/Corporation/Limited Companies established under the Companies Act.
Programmer (Sahayak):– Degree in MCA or B.E. (Computer / IT) from any of universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in Indian or any other educational Institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed university under section 3 of the university Grants Commission Act, 1956.

Mine Sirdar (Sahayak):- H.S.C. or equivalent qualification from any Board / universities established or incorporated by or declared to be deemed Board/ university under section 3 of the university statutory provision.
