GPSC Post Details
Legal Superintendent (Junior Duty), Class-2: 3 Posts
- Qualification: possess a bachelor’s degree in law (Special) or L.L.B. (three years) or Degree in Law (Integrated) of five years course obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in Indian: or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; Explanation: “Legal Matters” means all work relating to the drafting of legal notice, affidavit, para wise remarks, etc. filing of suits, appeals, providing an opinion, briefing the concerned Law Officer or Advocate for the concerned court case pending before various courts. 2. Possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Service Classification and Recruitment Rules, 1967; 3. Possess adequate knowledge of English and Gujarati or Hindi or both.
- Salary Details: Rs. 44,900 –142,400/- Per Month
- Age Limit: 21 to 42 years
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for UR/ Ex-Servicemen/ Officers; 10 years for PWD
