Qualification/ Experience
Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management or Industrial Relations of minimum 2 yrs duration or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/HR or equivalent from recognized University or AICTE/UGC approved course.
Experience:
Minimum 16 years for the post of DGM (HR)
Minimum 07 years for the post of Dy. Manager (HR)
Minimum 04 years for the post of Asstt. Manager (HR)
