Qualification
Clinical Psychologist:– Masters Degree in Psychology. M. Phil in Medical & Social Psychology. M.Phil in Medical & Social Psychology is old nomenclature for M. Phil in Clinical Psychology. At present the degree which is given by all the institutions/ universities in the field of clinical psychology across the country is M. Phil in Clinical Psychology which is recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India as basic qualification for a clinical psychologist. Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is the regulatory body for M. Phil Clinical Psychology Training in our country and as per the standard of RCI M.Phil Clinical Psychology is two year full time supervised hospital based training course. In order to function as a Clinical Psychologist one has to go through this training after which M.Phil in Clinical Psychology degree is awarded. Institutions of national importance like National Institute of Mental Health & Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore also has M. Phil in Clinical Psychology course of similar kind and such institutions of national importance is considered at par with M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from RCI recognized Institutions.
Psychiatrist:- A recognized MBBS qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Psychiatry.
Psychiatric Social Worker:- Master’s Degree in Sociology or Social Work. M. Phil in Psychiatric Social Work.
Staff Nurse:- Matriculation or equivalent from recognized University/ Board. A grade certificate in Nursing from recognized institution. Should be able to speak in Hindustani fluently.
Medical Officer/GDMO:- A recognized MBBS qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the 3rd Schedule (other than licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of the Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

- The interested applicants are advised to go through the Eligibility Criterion carefully and ascertain themselves regarding their eligibility.
- i) The short listing of candidates for the panel will be based on scrutiny of documents of their age, qualification, experience etc. and as found eligible as per prescribed criteria and subsequent interaction of candidate by the department. ii) Finally selected candidates by the department shall be considered for deployment on purely contractual/outsourced basis.
- ICSIL does not guarantee deployment of all shortlisted candidates.
- No TA/DA will be provided to candidates for appearing for the Interaction/documents verification etc. when called.
- The place of deployment will be anywhere in Delhi/NCR. Candidate may have to work in shift(s)/ rotational basis as per departmental requirement. No extra conveyance will be paid by ICSIL.
- The candidates must fill in form on the spot and paste photograph duly signed along with a set of self attested photocopies of relevant documents related to qualification and experience as per eligibility criteria mentioned. Also Candidates must produce original documents at the time of document verification on the date of walk-in-interview/interaction for document verification purpose otherwise they will not be allowed to appear in the interview/interaction.
- The details of the candidate in the application form must be the same as mentioned in the certificate of Class 10th Certificate and PAN Card and Aadhar Card. In case the candidate has changed his/her name subsequent to Class 10th, the evidence to that effect should also be furnished at the time of interaction/documents verification.
- Canvassing/trying to influence ICSIL employees to secure the job in any manner shall disqualify the candidate.
- ICSIL has right to accept or reject the application(s) without assigning any reason thereof.
- ICSIL has the right to withdraw this advertisement at any time.
