Qualification
- Chief Program Executive: The candidate should be a Graduate preferably with experience of working in educational institutions, think tanks, etc.
- Research Associate: LLM. Essential Work Experience – 2 to 3 years
- Senior Research Associate: An advanced Degree/Diploma in Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) or another relevant discipline from a respected educational institution is required. Understanding of ESG, United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, National Guidelines on Responsible Business Conduct, Business Responsibility Reporting, with experience in interpreting legal provisions on ESG being desirable; An ability to organize and deal efficiently with administrative matters. Ability and willingness to work collaboratively and collegially, Candidate would be given preference with advocacy and consultancy background, Excellence in research, writing, and communication skills.
Salary Details
- Chief Program Executive: Rs. 60000/- per month
- Research Associate: Rs. 40000/- per month
- Senior Research Associate: Rs. 65000/- per month
Age Limit: As Per rules.
Selection Process: The Selection is based on Written Tests, Interviews.
