Qualification
- Estate Officer (Regular): B.E./B.Tech. in (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) b. At least 5 years’ experience in handling security and/or facilities (including housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, etc.), some of which must be in an organization with multiple buildings, central air conditioning, central power backup, UPS, etc. out of which at least 2 years’ experience must be in directly managing security and/or facilities services of an organization. Recently retired officers can also apply
- Assistant Registrar (Regular): Master’s degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale from a recognized university/Institution
Salary Details
- Estate Officer (Regular): RS.67,700-208700/- per month
- Assistant Registrar (Regular): RS.56,100-177500/- per month
Age Limit
- Estate Officer (Regular): 25 to 50 years
- Assistant Registrar (Regular): 25 to 50 years
