Qualification
- Project Post-doctoral Fellow/Project Scientist-I: Ph.D from a reputed university/institute and an excellent track record and publications /patents in the area of semiconductor/VLSI design
- Junior Research Fellow: M.E./M.Tech./MS(R) or equivalent degree in ECE/EE/Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems and allied subjects with 65% marks. 5% marks relaxation for ST/SC/PH candidates. Students awaiting results may also apply. Candidates with B.E. /B.Tech/M.Sc. in ECE/EE/Electronics/Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems and allied subjects with 65% marks.
Salary Details
- Project Post-doctoral Fellow/Project Scientist-I: Rs. 56,000/-
- Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 37,000/-
