Project Officer – Adm: 1 Post
- Qualification: He or she should be MSc/BSc in pure basic science and have a technical background with Diploma in Electronics / Instrumentation/ Electrical Should have knowledge in PCB design/Layout in CAD software, should be familiar with highly sophisticated equipment like Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Logic Analyzer, Arbitrary waveform Generator, Network Analyzer, Power Supply, Thermal Chamber, Multimeter, Printed Circuit Board Machine, etc, Relevant Experience: Minimum 15 years of working experience in different administrative roles Interest & aptitude to handle & maintain such high-end capital equipment and immense knack into it. Should have different Research/Consultancy project management skills like research scholar recruitment, preparation of TA/DA bills documents, academic assistantship, making Comparative Statement, preparation of Purchase documents, Preparation of Utilization and Statement of Expenditure document. Also should have versatile capabilities of organizing lab equipment/books/thesis etc. looking after lab webpage regularly. Should have good communication skills which involve corresponding with funding agencies via emails, and letters, and should have experience in coordinating/or arranging for technical workshops, and seminars. Additionally, the Requirement: Should have prior knowledge of GeM/GTE Purchase document preparation. Should be stationed in Kharagpur or the nearer surrounding area is preferred. Should be flexible with a working schedule.
