Qualification

  • Administrative Assistant: Candidate should have passed a bachelor’s degree obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government; with have about three years experience in the field of administrative work in the Government / Government undertaking / Board / Corporation / Local bodies / University or Limited Company established under the Companies Act, 2013 on the post which can be considered equivalent to the post not below the rank of Head Clerk, Class III in the State Government;[B] possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967, and [C] possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both
  • Administrative Officer: [A] Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government; and have about three years experience in any administrative cadre not below the rank of Head Clerk, Class III, in the subordinate services under the Commissionerate of Health, Medical Services and Medical Education and Research, Gujarat State, OR have about three years experience in any administration in the Government / Government undertaking Board Corporation Local bodies/ University or Limited Company established under the Companies Act, 2013 on the post which can be considered equivalent to the post not below the rank of Head Clerk, Class III in the subordinate services under the Commissioner ate of Health, Medical Services and Medical Education and Research, Gujarat State;
  • Office Superintendent: A] Possess a Bachelor Degree obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other education institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government; [B] Possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules,1967 [C] Have adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both
  • Sr. Clerk: [A] Possess a Bachelor Degree obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other education institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government; [B] Possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules,1967 [C] Have adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both
  • Jr. Clerk: Possess passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination conducted by Secondary and /or Higher Secondary Education Board or possess an equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Government [B] Should have a speed of not less than 5000 key Depressions per hour with accuracy for data entry work in English and Gujarati [C] Possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules,1967 [D] Have adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both
