- Consultant (R and D): First Class Graduate in Electrical or Electronics with a First Class M.Tech. OR Master’s Degree in Engineering in any one of the following fields: – Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Controls, Control & Guidance, Power Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, Operations Control.
- Consultant (Human Resource): Degree in any discipline with PG Diploma in Personnel Management / HRD / HRM or 2 years MBA including MBA awarded by IGNOU.
