- Qualification: Candidate should possess 1st class Master Degree in Electronics &Communication Engineering /Environmental Sciences/Life Science /Physics from a recognized university with 4 years experience. Candidate should have at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal. 2nd Class M.Sc. +PhD degree in Engineering branch(E&C) /Environmental Sciences/Life Science /Physical Science from a recognized university with 4 years experience. B.E/B. Tech degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering with six years research experience
