- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute; and (ii) Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communications/ Public Relations or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute. OR B. An officer of Indian Information Service (IIS)
