Qualification
- General Manager (HR and Admin): MBA’s or P.G. Degree / Two years Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from a recognized University
- General Manager (Operations): Should have held CHPL / ATPL (H) and at least 5000 hours of Helicopter Flying out of which 3000 hours as PIC + IR and should have minimum 20 hours of night flying experience
- General Manager (AME): Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical / Civil / Electrical / Computer Science / Electronic or equivalent. Candidates possessing MBA / MCA / M.Tech would be preferred.
- General Manager (Flight Safety): CHPL / ATPL License endorsed for helicopter operated by the Company. Aircraft Engineer with AME License endorsed for the helicopter operated by the Company. Should be a Helicopter Pilot / Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with Safety Experience with or without flying / medical category. Engineering Degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics, Electronics & Communication or equivalent from a recognized University with Safety Experience.
- Joint General Manager (HR and Administration): MBA’s or P.G. Degree / Two years Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from a recognized University.

- General Manager (HR and Admin): Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,60,000/- Per Month
- General Manager (Operations): Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,60,000/- Per Month
- General Manager (AME): Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,60,000/- Per Month
- General Manager (Flight Safety): Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,60,000/- Per Month
- Joint General Manager (HR and Administration): Rs. 90,000 – 2,40,000/- Per Month
