- Qualification: Candidates holding high school/ equivalent or higher educational qualification can apply in Preliminary Eligibility Test-2 1-2023. Therefore, all such candidates, who have held high school/ equivalent or higher educational qualification before the last date of submission of application form, can apply for Preliminary Eligibility Test-2023.
