Qualification
- Private Secretary : Stenographers in Central Government or State Governments or Supreme Court or High Courts or Subordinate Courts or Statutory/Autonomous bodies having pensionary benefits, holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or department; or (ii) a post in Level-6 of the pay Matrix with five years regular service in the Grade.
- Section Officer/ Tribunal Officer: Persons working in Central Government or State Governments or Supreme Court or High Courts or Subordinate Courts or Statutory/Autonomous bodies having pensionary benefits holding analogous post on regular basis
in parent cadre or department; or a post in Level-6 of the pay Matrix with five years regular service in the grade and
Degree of a recognized University; and
Having 2 years experience in personnel, administrative or judicial work. - Tribunal Master (Steno Grade I): Stenographers working in Central Government or Armed Forces or State Government or Supreme Court or High Court or District Courts or Statutory/ Autonomous bodies having pensionary benefits holding Analogous posts on regular basis in present cadre or department; or Post in the Level-4 of the pay matrix with 10 years regular service in the grade.
- Assistant: Officials working in Central Government or State Governments or Supreme Court or High Courts or Subordinate Courts or Statutory/Autonomous bodies having pensionary benefits holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or department Upper Division Clerks in level4 of the pay matrix with 10 years regular service in the grade in Central Government or State Governments or Supreme Court or High Courts or Subordinate Courts Possessing Degree from recognized University having 2 years experience in establishment, administration or Accounts.
- Upper Division Clerk: Officials working under Central Govemment or State Governments or Tribunal or Commission or Statutory bodies or Courts holding analogous post on regular basis holding the post in the Pay Matrix Level-2 with eight years regular service in the grade.

Age Limit: 56 years
