Degree/Graduate (Technical & Non-Technical) & A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a University in relevant discipline. Degree/Graduate (Technical & Non-Technical) & A Diploma in Engineering and Technology granted by an Institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
