Qualification/ Experience
Research Associate (I/II/III):– PhD in Physics/Material Science/ Electronics Science with relevant background or MS/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 3 year’s experience in relevant field.
Senior Research Fellow/Project Associate 2:- Qualification prescribed for JRF + 2 years experience. OR First Class/60% marks for MSc in Physics/Electronics Science/ Materials Science with at least 2 years experience in relevant field.
Junior Research Fellow/Project Associate 1:- First Class/60% marks for MSc in Physics/Electronics Science/ Materials Science JRF will be offered only to those qualified NET/GATE.
Age Limit
Age limit is as on 3rd March 2020

How to Apply
All the candidates are required to produce original documents related to educational qualifications, date of birth, work experience, caste, etc at the time of registration/interview. Duly self-attested photocopies of all the documents must be enclosed along with the application form. Only self-attested recent passport size photograph should be pasted in the appropriate place in the application form.
