- Block Public Health Manager: B.Sc in life science with post graduate degree diploma in management
- Block Data Manager: Graduate from any recognized university and have completed ate least 1 years Diploma course in computer application institutes
- Medical Officer: MBBS from MCI with one year compulsory internship must be registered under WBMC
- Staff Nurse: Completed GNM course recognized by indian nursing council and must have registered under WBNC candidate should proficiency in local language
