Qualification

  • Professor: i) MA in Assamese / Sanskrit / Bengali /Hindi/Oriya/ English with good academic career provided that the candidates other than those who have done MA in Assamese must have proficiency in Assamese high standard ii) Publications on Comparative Literature or Equivalent research work Pharmaceutical Sciences (preferably Pharmaceutics) M. Tech. in Petroleum Technology or Petroleum Engineering / M.Sc. in Applied Geology with PG Diploma in Petroleum Technology / M. Sc in Physics with Advanced PG Diploma in Petroleum Exploration Geophysics
  • Associate Professor : Social and Cultural Anthropology Financial Economics / Industrial Economics Oil field exploration & development MA in English with M.Ed. and the ability to communicate in Assamese language Biochemistry / Cell and Molecular Biology/Animal Physiology/Fish & Fisheries [M.Sc in Life Sciences (Zoology)/ M.Sc. Zoology]
  • Assistant Professor: Physical Anthropology/ Sedimentology/Ore Geology/Applied Mathematics/M.A. in English / Profound Knowledge of Assamese Literature and Language

Salary Details

  • Professor: Rs. 1,44,200/- to RS.2,18,200/-
  • Associate Professor : Rs. 1,31,400/– to RS.2,17,100/-
  • Assistant Professor: Rs. 57,700/–to RS.- 1,42,400/-
