Qualification/ Experience
Associate Professor in Nephrology:- A recognized medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956). Holders of qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956). Postgraduate degree or equivalent in the concerned super-specialty or equivalent. At least four years of teaching/research experience in a recognized Medical College/Teaching Institute after obtaining the qualifying degree of Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.)/Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch).

Child Development Project Officer/Social Welfare Officer:- Master’s degree in Social Service/Social Welfare/Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Home Science with Nutrition or Child development as a subject from a recognised University or equivalent. OR Degree in Social Service/Social Welfare/Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Home Science with Nutrition or Child development as a subject from a recognised University or equivalent, with 2 years experience in social work in any Social Welfare Organisation. Knowledge of Konkani.
Assistant Director (Welfare of the Differently Abled):- Master’s Degree in Social Service or Social Welfare or Social Work or Sociology or Psychology from a recognized University or equivalent. 5 years experience in Social Work in any Government recognized Social Welfare Organization. Knowledge of Konkani.
Assistant Director of Education:- At least 2nd Class Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent. Degree in Teaching/Education of a recognised University or equivalent. 10 years of teaching experience in a High School/Higher Secondary School or a Teachers Training Institution including at least 3 years experience in a responsible administrative capacity. Knowledge of Konkani.
Technical Officer in Administrative Reforms Department:- Degree of a recognized University or its equivalent. Knowledge of Konkani.
Assistant Geologist:- M. Sc. Degree in Geology from a recognized University OR Diploma in Allied Geology from the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad or its equivalent. 3 years of experience in the field. Knowledge of Konkani.
Assistant Professor in Fine Art (Painting):- Bachelors and Masters Degree in appropriate branch of Fine Art (Painting and Sculpture) or equivalent with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelors or Masters Degree. Knowledge of Konkani.
Associate Professor in Pharmaceutical Chemistry:- Bachelors and Masters Degree in Pharmacy with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelors or Masters Degree and Ph. D. or equivalent in appropriate discipline. Minimum of 5 years experience in Teaching/Research/Industry of which 2 years post Ph. D. experience is desirable. Knowledge of Konkani.
Assistant Professors in Government College:- Good Academic record with at least 55% of marks or equivalent grade at Master’s Degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign University. National Eligibility Test (NET)/State Level Eligibility Test (SET) shall remain the compulsory requirement for appointment as Assistant Professor: Provided, however, that candidates who are or have been awarded Ph. D. Degree in compliance of the University Grants Commission (minimum standards and procedure for award of Ph. D. Degree), Regulation 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in Colleges. Knowledge of Konkani.
