- Qualification: A Bachelor Degree (Civil) with at least First Class or an equivalent grade in a point-scale, wherever the grading system is followed. Three years’ experience of Civil Engineering field in a University, Government/ Semi Government/Research Organisation/Public Undertaking. Good Knowledge of Computer applications, Office management, and secretarial practice
