Junior Research Fellow: 1 Post
- Qualification: B.Tech in EE / ECE / EEE / EIE or equivalentwith valid GATE score in EE or EC ONLY M.Tech in VLSI / Photonics/ Microelectronics in related area can also apply. Should have basic understanding of semiconductor devices and optoelectronic devices.. Knowledge in numerical tools like Synopsys, SILVACO TCAD, OptiWAVE, LUMERICAL, MATLAB, LabVIEW etc. is preferable..
- Salary Details: RS. 31000/- to RS. 37210/- per month
