Qualification/ Experience
Assistant Professor in Family Medicine:- MD/DNB(Family Medicine) . In their absence MD/DNB(General Medicine)/MD/ DNB (Pediatrics)/ MD/MS/DNB (Obstetrics & Gynecology)/MS/DNB.
Assistant Professor in Dermatology & Venereology:- M.D/DNB (Dermatology & Venereology)/ M.D/DNB (Dermatology & Venereology & Leprosy)/ M.D(Dermatology)/ M.D (Dermatology including Venereology)/ M.D/ DNB (Dermatology including Venereology & Leprosy)
Veterinary Surgeon Gr II:- 1. Degree in Veterinary Science.
- Registration with the Kerala State Veterinary Council as envisaged in the Indian Veterinary Act, 1984 (Central Act of 52 of 1984).
- Working knowledge in Malayalam.
Overseer Gr II/ Draftsman Gr II:- 1. Must have passed SSLC or equivalent and
- Must possess any one of the following: a) Kerala Government certificate examination (2-year course) in Civil Engineering.
Lower Division Typist:- 1. Pass in SSLC or its equivalent.
- Typewriting Malayalam (Lower) KGTE or its equivalent.
- Typewriting English (Lower) KGTE and Computer Word Processing or its equivalent.
Electrician:- 1.Pass in SSLC or equivalent qualification.
2.National Trade Certificate in the trade of Electrician issued from any institute recognized by Government or any other equivalent qualification
Film Officer:- 1. Diploma (Three-year course) in film Direction/ Cinematography/Scriptwriting from recognized film institute.
- Five years (5 years) experience as an independent director of the film.
Sound Engineer:- 1. Diploma (3 [Three] years course) in Sound Recording and Sound Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Experience for 5 (Five) years as an independent Sound Recordist in a Film Studio of repute.
Assistant Manager (Electrical):- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Office Assistant:- 1. Plus two or its equivalent.
- Typewriting English (lower)KGTE/MGTE or its equivalent.
Typist Gr-II:- 1. Must have passed S.S.L.C or its equivalent qualification.
- Must possess Typewriting English Higher (KGTE/MGTE) or its equivalent and Computer Word Processing or its equivalent.
Maintenance Assistant (Mechanical):- 1. Pass in SSLC or equivalent qualification
- NTC (Fitter).
Security Officer:- 1. SSLC or equivalent Examination
- JCO or equivalent with 10 years service in Army / Navy /Air force.
U P School Teacher (Malayalam Medium) (By Transfer):- A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent.
Sewing Teacher (High School):- A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent.
Part-Time Junior Language Teacher (Urdu):- 1. S.S.L.C or its equivalent qualification.
- Degree in Urdu conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala
Police Constable (Telecommunications):- Pass in SSLC Examination or its equivalent.
Lab Technician Grade-II (Special Recruitment for SC/ST &ST only):- A pass in Pre-degree in Science Subjects or equivalent qualification. SSLC or it’s equivalent for EX-Servicemen who have passed Class I Blood Transfusion Assistant test and have put in not less than 15 years service in the Armed Forces.
Junior Public Health Nurse Grade-II (Special Recruitment for SC/ ST and ST only):- Pass in SSLC (or its equivalent qualification).
Technical- Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Certificate (Revised Course of 18months duration), issued by Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.
Police Constable (Armed Police Battalion) (Special Recruitment for SC/ST):- 1. Pass in HSE (Plus Two) or its equivalent.
- Those who have failed in HSE(Plus 2) shall also be considered if a sufficient number of qualified candidates are not available to fill up the quota.
Assistant Professor in Biochemistry:- 1. MD (Biochemistry)/ DNB(Biochemistry) from a recognised University.
- Three years of Physical Teaching Experience or such other teaching experience as prescribed by the Medical Council of India
Assistant Marine Surveyor:- 1. A Pass in SSLC or its equivalent qualification. Survey Recorder Class I or Class II qualification of the Indian Naval Hydrographic Branch
- Must possess Survey Recorder Class I or Class II qualification of the Indian Naval Hydrographic Branch.
Instructor in Commerce:- 1. First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from any recognised University after undergoing a regular institutional course of study.
- Diploma in Commercial Practice awarded/recognised by Government of Kerala after three years of regular institutional course of study
Divisional Accountant:- A pass in B.Com in First Class with not less than 3 years experience in Government undertakings in Finance and Accounts Department.
Driver Gr. II/Tractor Driver:- 1. Pass in Standard VII (New) or its equivalent.
- Current driving Licence with an endorsement to drive Heavy Motor Vehicles and tractors. Heavy Duty driving Licence issued after 16.01.1979 must-have endorsement both for heavy goods and heavy passenger vehicles and the applications of candidates possessing Licence with only one endorsement will be summarily rejected.
Foreman (Wood Workshop):- 1. Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering; and
- One year’s experience in a supervisory capacity in a wood Workshop equipped with modern machines.
Overseer Gr. II/Draftsman Gr. II (I NCALC/AI):- Diploma in Civil Engineering recognized by the Govt. of Kerala or any equivalent qualifications.
Recording Assistant:- Diploma (3 years course) in Sound Recording/ Sound Engineering from a recognized institution. In the absence of a candidate with the above qualifications, SSLC with 3 years experience in professional recording work in a film studio of repute.
Electrician Gr. II:- S.S.L.C. With I.T.I Electrician.
Security Guard/ Security Guard Grade-II/ Watcher Grade II:- 1. Pass in Standard VII(New) or its equivalent Examination.
- Not less than 3 years experience in the Armed forces viz. Army/ Navy/ Air Force.
Security Guard/ Security Guard Grade-II/ Watcher Grade II:- 1. Pass in Standard VII(New) or its equivalent Examination.
- Not less than 3 years experience in the Armed forces viz. Army/ Navy/ Air Force.

Police Constable (Armed Police Battalion):- Pass in HSE examination (Plus Two) or its equivalent Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II of the KS&SSR is applicable
Laboratory Technician Gr. II:- A pass in Pre-Degree or equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks or B grade in Science subjects. Relaxation of 5% marks to Socially and Educationally Backward communities who come under the purview of G.O (P) No.208/66/PD dated 21-05-1966 and subsequent orders/amendments.
Pharmacist Gr-II (Homoeo):- 1. Pass in S.S.L.C or its equivalent.
- A pass Certificate obtained after successful completion of Nurse-Cum Pharmacist Training Course (Homoeopathy) conducted by the Government of Kerala / A pass in Certificate Course in Pharmacy (Homoeopathy) conducted by the Government of Kerala or its equivalent qualification recognised by the Government
Ayurveda Therapist:- 1. Pass in S.S.L.C or equivalent qualification.
- Pass in Ayurveda Therapists Course conducted by Govt. of Kerala.
Part-Time High School Teacher (Urdu):- A Degree in Urdu and B.Ed/B.T/L.T conferred or recognized by the universities in Kerala
Part-Time Junior Language Teacher (Urdu):- 1 S.S.L.C or its equivalent qualification.
2 Degree in Urdu conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala
